Trading Signals & Alerts
  • No refunds after signals have been delivered
  • 7-day money-back guarantee if no signals were provided
  • Must provide proof of no signal delivery
Educational Courses/Memberships
  • Full refund within 14 days if no more than 20% of content was accessed
  • Partial refund (50%) between 15-30 days with proof of technical issues
  • No refunds after completing more than 30% of course material

Coaching Services

1-on-1 Trading Sessions
  • Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before scheduled session
  • 50% refund if canceled 24-48 hours before session
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours

Physical Products

Trading Equipment/Kits
  • 30-day return policy for unopened/unused items
  • 15% restocking fee applies
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item was defective

Refund Process

  1. Submit request to refunds@elitetraders.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for refund
    • Supporting documentation
  2. Our team will respond within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  4. Refunds issued to original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized trading plans or strategies
  • Downloaded software or tools
  • Membership fees after 30 days of access
  • Cryptocurrency payments (case-by-case basis)

Special Cases

We may make exceptions for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical failures preventing service access
  • Documented medical emergencies
